FAQ

What is multi-factor authentication (MFA)?
Multi-factor authentication is when we ask you to confirm your identity over and above providing a username and password each time you login to StrataCash. We do this by asking you to provide a unique code known only to you. You obtain this unique code from a secure app downloaded to your mobile phone. We also use your email address and mobile phone number to further identify you during MFA registration.

Why does StrataCash require MFA?
MFA makes it much harder for someone else to access your StrataCash account. It provides greater protection to keep your information safe. MFA complies with industry standards and best practice.
